In the Billing section of your account, you can:
- Change your billing information (name, company name, tax ID)
- Change your credit card details
- Download invoices
- Cancel your plan
Note: If you become a customer before July 1st, 2021 and need to upgrade or downgrade your plan, use the Help Chat to get in touch with us, and we'll make those changes to your account within 24h. You are always able to Cancel without contacting us.

Click your profile photo, then Settings, and finally Billing. You'll see this screen:
Scroll to the bottom to find a link to open the Subscription Center:
From here, you can find everything you need:
Below the Billing information, you can also download your invoices.
Changing information on past invoices
If you have a past invoice you need the information changed on, for example to include your Tax ID or business name, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you get a fresh version of the invoice for your accounting.
