Some pages have errors during scan

Sometimes while scanning your website, you might see some pages display errors:

Click Show Details to expand the details and see statuses of individual pages on your website.

Then, hover over the ERROR status to see the exact error Affilimate encountered when trying to scan that page.

Possible errors include:

  • Request failed with status code 403 – This is an unauthorized error. Check your hosting, firewall and CDN settings.
  • Request failed with status code 404 – This is a page not found error. You should remove any 404 pages from your sitemap.
  • Timeout exceeded – Your server was too slow.

Please fix these issues and then press the button to Re-scan unfinished pages.

Tip: Sometimes, plugins will block access from crawlers to pages like your Contact page. If you see an error like that, it's not a problem as long as you don't have affiliate links on that page you want to track.
